HTC Desire S smartphone Details and Specifications

HTC recently decided to introduce a successor to it’s popular Desire smartphone, called the HTC Desire S.

HTC Desire S has been made from a single block of aluminum (Seems like Apple’s idea of uni-body is welcomed in the mobile industry too) weighing just 130 grams and its dimensions are 115 x 59.8 x 11.63mm.

The HTC Desire S smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm 1Ghz 8255 Snapdragon processor and 768MB of RAM with1.1 GB of internal memory which can be expanded using a MicroSD card. It features a 3.7-inch WVGA (800 x 480) touchscreen display and even record 720p videos.

The smartphone will be running on Android 2.4 Gingerbread OS and will offer features like a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus digital compass, light sensor, WiFi b/g/n,GPS, Bluetooth 2.1, a fron video camera for video-calls .
